The hotel was a mixed experience overall. The rooms were quite costly and lacked sufficient coffee-making facilities, but they were spacious and clean. The service was excellent overall, with attentive staff across various departments. The location was beautiful and well-connected with public transport, although some aspects seemed overpriced. The dining options were hit and miss, with limited choices at a higher cost. The facilities offered were adequate but could have been better.

I found the rooms to be ready and quite relaxed, equipped with an extra single bed and a cot bed. They were spacious, comfortable, and the pillows were so cozy.

The service was warm and courteous, with some exceptional members like Jackie in the breakfast room standing out. However, not all staff members were equally engaging.

The location was very pretty, with lovely walks nearby and a charming area for breakfast. However, the interior decor of the hotel was a bit gloomy compared to the rest of the facilities.

My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The rooms, as a birthday treat for my girlfriend, were quiet, and the gardens spacious. It was one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in at a hotel. The service provided by a very young concierge was exemplary, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The location, with maintained gardens and unique artwork, was amazing, adding to the overall professionalism of the property. The dinner in the bistro was gorgeous, and Sian in reception was incredibly helpful and warm. The dining experience was delightful, with pre-arranged meals and the best quality meat.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of wonderful and disappointing experiences. The rooms were luxurious and comfortable, equipped with everything needed, but cleanliness could have been improved, with dusty shelves and stained bedding. The service had its highs with some staff taking great pride in their work, but there were also instances of neglect. The location offered beautiful views but lacked in some areas. The dining experience was a mix of the best hotel breakfast and poor service, with an added cost for certain options. Overall, the hotel has its charms but also some drawbacks to consider.

The hotel has wonderfully modern and recently redone rooms that are especially decorated for the occasion, accompanied by delicious food. However, there was a delay in delivering our belongings to the room, promised by the concierge, which arrived 8 hours later than expected.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable with a massive super king bed, large flatscreen tv, two armchairs, and a really nice bathroom with a shower and separate bath, although they needed a good dusting as there were cobwebs in door frames. The room was especially decorated for the occasion by the dark furniture.
